前回は台湾のMr.Kさんよりいただいた「タコヤキ」と「イカリング」の写真を紹介したが、今回はその製作方法を紹介しよう。ただ、説明用の写真が多いので、３回に分けて紹介する。もちろん、レポートはMr.Kさんからいただいたものだ。
I introduced some pictures of a gattling headlight with angle eyes in the previous page. From this page, I will introduce the way how to make it. Unfortunately, there are so many pictures for the explanation, so that I will seperate it into three pages. Of course, the report was sent by Mr.K.
この写真はニッサンCIMAのヘッドライトである。いわゆる、「ガトリング」や「タコヤキ」と言われているものだ。私はこれをアメリカのebayで購入した。
This picture shows the headlight of NISSAN CIMA. It is so called "Gattling" or "TAKOYAKI" because of its shape. I bought it from U.S.A. ebay.
E34のヘッドライトと比べてみればわかるように、その直径はほとんど同じだ。
Comparing with the headlight of E34, its diameter is almost the same.
まず、タコヤキをより光らせるために、リフレクタを磨いておく。
First I polished the reflector of TAKOYAKI to get the best reflection.
これはタコヤキをCIMAのボディに固定するためのアームであるが、E34に取り付けるときには必要ないので切断しておく。
This is the props of TAKOYAKI to be fixed CIMA body. I don't need it anymore, so I cut it off ........
その代わり、E34のサポートフレーム(ヘッドライトを取り付けるフレーム)へ取り付けるためのアームが必要になる。そこで、E34のハイビームからアームを取り、さらにホームセンターで固定用の金具を見つけてきた。
Instead of that, I need other props to be fixed on E34 support frame, so I took the E34 props from E34 high beam, and I found a fixing part in a hardware store, in addition.
あとは、これらを組み合わせてタコヤキの筐体に固定するだけだ。
All I have to do is to combine them together, and fix it on TAKOYAKI body.
パテと塗装スプレーでこれらを組み合わせていく。
So I combined them with clay and paint spray.
今回はスモークルックにするために、塗料は黒のものを使った。
This time I made it for smoked look, so all the paint color was black.
もちろん、しっかりと固定するためにドリルで穴を空けネジで固定する。その際、E34のロービームのアームの角度と高さに合わせておくこと。
このステップは要注意だ
もし、角度や高さに誤差があると、サポートフレームに取り付ける際に苦労することになる。
Of course I need screws and drill to fix it firmly and solidly.
Compare the angle and height with E34 original low beam.
Be careful of the step!!
If it has angle or height error, it causes trouble when installing it into the supporting frame.
さて、次はCCFLイカリングの取り付けである。 つづく・・・

タコヤキヘッドライトを固定する足をきっちり取り付けるのが難しそうだなぁ・・。
It seems to be difficult to fix the props in proper positions on the TAKOYAKI headlight...
